Corporate continuance allows companies and societies to migrate to or from Barbados — relocating their legal domicile while preserving their identity, assets, and obligations.
Amendment – Companies
Companies may amend their articles of incorporation to change provisions such as the company name, share structure, restrictions on business activities, or other matters set out in the original articles. Amendments are filed using Form 5 and governed by the Companies Act, Cap. 308.
