An important corporate responsibility is the obligation to keep the Registrar notified of any change in the address of its registered office. Section 169(2) requires a company to notify the Registrar within 15 days after the change is made.
When a company changes the location of its registered office, a Form 4 must be submitted to the Corporate Registry in duplicate.
Previous registered office address, address of the new registered office, mailing address of the company. Must be a complete physical address. P.O. Box not permitted for registered office but may be used as mailing address.
