Closure of Business
When any firm or individual registered under the Registration of Business Names Act, Cap. 317 ceases to carry on business, a Notice of Cessation of Business (Form 4) must be filed with the Registrar.

When any firm or individual registered under the Registration of Business Names Act ceases to carry on business, it shall be the duty of the persons who are partners in the firm at the time when it ceased to carry on business, or the individual (or if deceased, his personal representative), to file a Notice of Cessation of Business within 3 months after the business has ceased.
