Corporate continuance allows companies and societies to migrate to or from Barbados — relocating their legal domicile while preserving their identity, assets, and obligations.
Re-organisation of Companies
A company may reorganise or arrange its affairs through a formal process governed by the Companies Act, Cap. 308. This includes arrangements between the company and its shareholders, creditors, or both. The articles of re-organisation or arrangement are filed using Form 20.
