Corporate continuance allows companies and societies to migrate to or from Barbados — relocating their legal domicile while preserving their identity, assets, and obligations.
Revival of Companies
A company that has been dissolved may apply for revival under the Companies Act, Cap. 308. Revival restores the company to its former status as if it had not been dissolved. The articles of revival are filed using Form 21.
