Corporate continuance allows companies and societies to migrate to or from Barbados — relocating their legal domicile while preserving their identity, assets, and obligations.
Revival of Societies
A society with restricted liability that has been dissolved may apply for revival under the Societies with Restricted Liability Act, 1995-7. Revival restores the society to its former status as if it had not been dissolved. The articles of revival are filed using Form 11.
